SM-like Higgs boson
One can study the new physics effects in the SM-like Higgs boson decays with higher-order corrections by using H-COUP. Various extended Higgs models can be distinguished by comparing them on the same footing.

Additional Higgs bosons
H-COUP calculates decay rates of additional Higgs bosons with higher-order corrections. The correlation with the SM-like Higgs boson measurements can be studied.

NEW!!   H-COUP version 3.0 was released (28th Nov. 2023)

H-COUP is a package of Fortran codes for computing observables of Higgs bosons including radiative corrections in extended Higgs models. H-COUP version 3 (28th Nov. 2023) calculates various Higgs effective vertices, decay rates and branching ratios of any Higgs bosons including radiative corrections (one-loop Electroweak and higher-order QCD corrections). The current version includes the Higgs singlet model, four types of two Higgs doublet models and the inert doublet model.

The manual for H-COUP version 3 can be taken on arXiv:2311.15892 [hep-ph].

  • H-COUP version 3.0 : [HCOUP-3.0.zip]   [The manual for H-COUP ver. 3 is here]
H-COUP needs a Fortran compiler (gfortran is recommended) and LoopTools (
    www.feynarts.de/looptools/).
  • Quick start

    1. Download H-COUP zip file and unpack it.

        >> unzip HCOUP-3.0.zip

    2. Move to the H-COUP directory and specify LoopTools path in the Makefile.

        >> cd HCOUP-3.0/

Put paths of libooptools.a and looptools.h in your PC into PATH_TO_libooptools_a and PATH_TO_looptools_h in the Makefile, respectively.
    3. To compile the code, execute

        >> make

    4. To run the program, execute

        >> ./hcoup

Then, output files are generated in the output directory. You can change the model, the order of calculation, and the value of input parameters by editing the files in the inputs directory. For further information, see README and the manual.
