To register for HPNP2023, please fill up the registration form below and click the "Submit" button (only once!)

Deadlines

Please note that abstract submission and registration are different events. To submit an abstract, visit the Abstract Submission page.

Workshop Fee

• Registration Fee: 35,000 JPY
• The registration fee covers the workshop banquet (8th June).

Additional banquet ticket for accompanying person

• Companion Fee: 10,000 JPY/person

Payment Information

Payment can be done by bank transfer or by PayPal. Please select the method of payment in the registration form.

1. Bank transfer

Please transfer the total amount of your workshop fee to the HPNP2023 account at the Resona Bank given below by the payment due date (12th April), specifying your full name in the "reason for transfer" field. All charges incurred must be covered by the participants.

2. PayPal

If you select Paypal, a commission fee of 2,000 JPY will also be collected. We will send an invoice for an amount of 37,000 JPY via Paypal.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel before 5th May, your workshop fee will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of 5,000 JPY and bank commission. For later cancellations, no refunds can be made.
