Reception (9th June)

After the afternoon session on the first day, there will be a reception at 19:00 (tentative) in the ``La Foret" cafeteria on campus. The reception is included in the workshop participant fee. We will serve some foods and drinks, but bringing your regional drinks is very welcome!

Banquet (12th June)

The HPNP2025 workshop banquet will take place at the Former Sakuranomiya Public Hall (Sakuranomiya means "Cherry Blossom Palace"). The banquet is included in the workshop participant fee.
