To register for HPNP2025, please fill up the registration form below and click the "Submit" button (only once!)

Deadlines

  • 9th April 2025: Deadline for Registration
  • 16th April 2025: Payment due date

Please note that abstract submission and registration are different events. To submit an abstract, visit the Abstract Submission page.

Workshop Fee

  • Registration Fee: 45,000 JPY (35,000 JPY for students)
  • The registration fee covers the workshop reception (9th June) and banquet (12th June).

Additional tickets for accompanying person

  • Reception companion fee: 4,000 JPY/person
  • Banquet companion fee: 14,000 JPY/person

Payment Information

Payment can be done by bank transfer or by PayPal. Please select the method of payment in the registration form.

1. Bank transfer

Please transfer the total amount of your workshop fee to the HPNP2025 account at the Resona Bank given below by the payment due date (16th April), specifying your full name in the "reason for transfer" field. All charges incurred must be covered by the participants.

2. PayPal

If you select PayPal, a commission fee of 3,000 JPY (2,000 JPY for students) will also be collected. We will send an invoice for an amount of 48,000 JPY (37,000 JPY for students) via Paypal. You can pay a PayPal invoice using a credit card. For assistance, please contact your local PayPal customer support.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel before 9th May, your workshop fee will be refunded after deducting an administrative fee of 5,000 JPY and bank commission. For later cancellations, no refunds can be made.
